Use the site, vent responsibly, and know exactly what a paid placement does—and does not—buy.
1. The service
sucks.world provides an anonymous public rant archive, reactions, discovery tools and a separate weekly paid promotion board. We may change, pause or discontinue features when needed.
2. Your posts and promotions
You keep ownership of content you submit and confirm that you have the right to publish it. You grant sucks.world a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display, format and share it for operating and promoting the service. Do not submit private information, illegal material, impersonation, malware, deception, hate, harassment or adult content.
3. Weekly paid board
The board resets every Monday at 00:00 UTC and the first takeover price is $5. After each verified payment, the next takeover price increases by exactly $1, with no maximum. The current price is calculated by the server when checkout begins. A verified payment takes #1; older entries move down but remain visible. Simultaneous payments at the same price are ordered by verification time. Previous weeks may be archived.
4. What payment buys
Payment buys labelled placement on the separate weekly board for the current cycle only. It never buys Smash reactions, organic rank, endorsement, clicks, traffic, sales or a permanent position. Today’s top rants remains entirely organic.
5. Billing and refunds
Dodo Payments acts as Merchant of Record and handles checkout, tax, receipts, refunds and payment disputes. Purchases are generally final after an entry is displayed. Refunds may be considered for duplicate charges, a verified technical failure that prevented display, or where the law or Dodo Payments requires one. Being outbid, receiving fewer visits than expected or violating these terms is not a refund reason. Contact us within 7 days with the checkout email and transaction reference.
6. Removal and enforcement
We may reject, hide or remove any post, link or paid entry that breaks these terms, our Rules, payment-partner requirements or applicable law. Serious or repeated violations may be blocked without a refund. Reports and automated filters help moderation, but do not guarantee that every harmful post is caught immediately.
7. No guarantees and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, sucks.world does not promise uninterrupted access or any commercial result, and is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Nothing here removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
