Community Rules
Venting is welcome. Turning a bad day into somebody else’s bad day isn’t.

Rant about situations, not private people.
No names, contact details, screenshots, addresses or identifying clues.

No threats or hate.
No violence, harassment, slurs, discrimination or encouragement of harm.

No doxxing, spam or illegal content.
Do not post personal information, scams or instructions for wrongdoing.

Keep it honest, not coordinated.
No pile-ons, vote manipulation, impersonation or repeated copy-paste attacks.

Filters catch the obvious. Reports catch the rest.
Obvious abuse is blocked before publishing; reported posts may be hidden for review.

No adult content, unsafe links or deceptive promotion.
Sexual or adult material, malware, phishing, illegal services, impersonation and misleading claims are not allowed.

Automated screening controls paid publication.
Defined high-risk patterns are blocked automatically. Paid promotions are checked before checkout and again after payment; eligible promotions publish automatically to the paid board and map. One report enters the administrator queue and three reports receive high priority.
Weekly promotion board
A clearly labelled paid board, kept completely separate from organic rants.

Automatic checks decide publication.
Paid submissions are screened before checkout and checked again after payment. When payment and both safety checks pass, the promotion appears automatically on the paid board and map—no administrator pre-approval is required.

The price resets Monday; the active board does not go blank.
At 00:00 UTC each Monday the takeover price returns to $5. If nobody completes a valid new takeover, the latest valid board stays live on the board and map until someone takes #1.

Eligible entries rank; the latest valid board keeps holding.
Promotions that pass automated screening join the weekly board. A valid new-week payment starts the new board and takes #1; without one, the latest valid board remains active.

Promote something safe and public.
The destination must work without a login and must not contain deception, malware, impersonation, hate, harassment, illegal or adult content.

Payment buys labelled placement only.
No promised clicks, sales or permanent rank. Paid placements never change Smash counts or Today’s top rants.
Checkout is handled by Dodo Payments. Payment cannot bypass automated screening or the Community Rules; administrators may still remove violations, while Smash and the organic top list remain independent.
